Saving lives together
They’re commonly known as medevacs, but we’re going to call them Life Flights –
because together, that’s exactly what we’re doing. We’re bringing life.
Each year 500 people take Life Flights in PNG.
Days are turned into minutes as MAF performs emergency evacuations for people that are isolated.
These are people who cannot afford to pay for medevac flights or medicine. Since the first flight in 1951,
our faithful supporters have been behind this ministry – fuelling it and funding it
with their prayers and generosity.
Real people, real stories
The people we rescue are isolated and cut off from the kind of medical help that we take for granted.
